These systems operate on 4G/ 5G and are usable anywhere mobile coverage is available.
With the press of a button or activated when a fall is detected, these systems will open a line of communication to the 24 hour, graded A1 control room where all conversations are recorded.
When you are in a situation where you need assistance. Press and hold the red SOS button for 3 seconds. The Tagger unit will buzz once indicating the SOS is activated. The control room will receive the SOS and will initiate a silent call to you. The unit will pulse twice to indicate a call is incoming and will instantly connect.
The operators will act upon information received and can dispatch the required Emergency Services to the location as well as open a conference call with loved ones. The benefits of using a Graded A1 control room is that medical information could be stored on file, and provided to emergency services should the caller be unable to offer the information themselves.
The Tagger unit itself is not a GPS tracker, however it will tag your location every 2 hours and will
provide your location upon activation of the SOS button or a fall detection alert. Accurate to 10 meters.
